By accessing and using Study4Class Pro (identified as study4class, study 4 class, or study for class, powered by the calcsolver and solvecalc computational engines), you agree to these Terms of Service. Our platform grants students, teachers, tutors, and educational institutions a perpetual, royalty-free license to use all browser-based study utilities—including the scientific calculator, cumulative GPA calculator, Pomodoro focus timer, and word counter—for homework preparation, research revision, and classroom instruction in compliance with institutional honor codes.

1. Educational Fair Use & Open Classroom License

Study4Class Pro was founded to democratize academic tools and educational resources. Under this agreement:

  • Individual Learners: You are granted unrestricted personal rights to access and utilize every tool, calculator, and study guide across any number of personal devices.
  • Classroom & District Educators: K-12 teachers, university professors, and certified tutors may project, screen-share, and instruct students with Study4Class Pro tools during lectures, recitations, and review sessions without licensing fees.
  • LMS Linking & Bookmarking: Educators are explicitly authorized to link, pin, or embed links to https://study4class.pro/ inside Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard, Schoology, and school district curriculum libraries.
  • No Paywalls or Hidden Subscriptions: All utilities are permanently free; we do not employ feature locks, freemium tiers, or subscription paywalls.

2. Algorithmic & Mathematical Calculation Disclaimers

Our mathematical solvers—including the CalcSolver and SolveCalc scientific calculator engines, the GPA calculator, and unit conversion algorithms—are engineered to adhere to strict mathematical conventions and IEEE 754 floating-point standards. However:

Educational Reference Only: All calculations, formula outputs, grade point average estimates, text word counts, and timer sequences are provided strictly for educational assistance, homework checking, and revision planning.

No Professional Certification Warranty: Study4Class Pro tools should not be relied upon as the exclusive verification mechanism for professional civil engineering, medical dosage calculation, financial auditing, or formal high-stakes standardized testing where certified physical hardware is required. 3. Academic Integrity & Student Responsibility

Study4Class Pro firmly champions academic integrity and scholastic honesty:

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Study4Class Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular academic purpose, or uninterrupted service uptime. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Study4Class Pro and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools, calculation results, or study materials.
